Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy outlines the process for changing or canceling these types of purchases.

Subscriptions:

When you choose a subscription, you will receive regular deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you opt to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their duration, but you have the option to cancel the renewal. To manage or cancel your subscription, simply access the links provided in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-orders:

When you make a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock or soon-to-be-available. At checkout, we may collect either no payment or a partial deposit, while storing your payment method. The full or remaining payment will be charged when we fulfill the order. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order before it is fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation is not possible, but you can request a full or partial refund.
